A major attraction
They were talking about "white hat tactics" and "black hat tactics" and why we wanted to go with one and not the other. The was a meeting between the people from the SEO services, our IT people and myself. I did not care if they wore a hat or not, I just wanted our site to be a place that attracted customers. Finally I started to get the picture. We did not have to change what we were saying but there were a lot things we did not know about how we were saying them. Now we present it differently and we attract buyers.
