Effective time management - Getting more done
Getting a lot done each day doesn’t necessarily mean that you are managing your time effectively. Even if you get a lot done it really isn’t that beneficial if you are not doing the things that matter to you. Because of this it is essential that you make the right choices about your time. To do this you need to learn to ask yourself the right questions and to listen and act on the answers. The secret is to ask yourself ‘powerful questions’ as part of your effective time management. Examples of these are: Where do I most need to spend my time at this particular moment? What is my intention with this? What action do I feel inspired to take? ‘Powerful questions’ like these should provide answers that will help you make the right choices about how you spend your time and improve your time management. If you are making the right choices about how you spend your days you should find yourself more fulfilled and with more time on your hands.
