Types of PAT Testing
If you happen to know anything about portable appliance testing, then you may or may not know about the types of pat testing that are available. There are different types of portable appliance testing. One type of test that is done is a thorough visual inspection of the appliance in question. Another type of test is the insulation test. The earth continuity test and the earth leakage test are two other types of tests. The type of tests that need to be performed on your portable electrical appliances will depend on what type of appliances you have. Some tests may not apply to all appliances.
