Common Questions About Wills
Most of the time, the most common question someone will ask about a will is, “What did I get?”. This is a reasonable question, but often a complicated one. For example, if someone was to leave a family member a sum of money, that money would be subject to taxes and thus, the actual gift would be considerably smaller. There are also times when a family member will protest the will, and proceed with litigation. All of these probate questions are serious, and need to be handled by a professional who knows the territory of the law in this area. It is best to do this to avoid family fighting.
