Where can I find an elder law lawyer?
We are worried that the nursing home where we have placed our father isn’t taking the proper care of him, and we want to look into our options for what can be done about this. Does anyone know where we might be able to find an elder law lawyer in New Jersey? We are looking for another place to put our father that we can afford, but we are hoping we can get some kind of compensation for the poor treatment he received in his current home, or at least get the nursing home to have to change their practices so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
