Fallout 3 Bloody Mess
The bloody mess perk is a perk that will give you a greatly increased chance at a devastating kill shot. The perk itself is probably one of the most famous of all of Fallout’s perks but it is now better in Fallout 3 because it gives the user an increased 5% in damage with all weapons. PS3 Blog reports that the perk looks excellent in the new engine and the game is now bloodier than ever. The perk is not available until a few levels into the game but it is definitely worth the time to invest in it. Hope that helps!
