Ayia Napa- Still The Same?
Traditionally, the small town of Ayia Napa was a little fishing village in the southeast of Cyprus. The arrival of tourism to the region soon changed that.
Visitors to Ayia Napa will find that it is now much larger than a village. The town has rapidly become a major clubbing centre, only exceeded by Ibiza.
As Cyprus holiday guides show, package holidays are the most popular with the visitors. Because Ayia Napa now has one of the largest package centres, it is not hard to see that the town attracts a very large number of visitors.
